Kamers waren schoon ... -en .... ook vrij veel thats it! Vermijd op alle kosten, raak niet in gelokt door de prijs, zal ze je meer betalen een of andere manier ... Personeel was zo snobistisch dat ik cant geloven dat ze werken in een hotel! ... Locatie is erg slecht, als je komt om Madrid te bezoeken, Dont Kiezen voor dit hotel! zijn ongeveer 15-20 minuten omhoog lopen van het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation, tenzij u zich kunt veroorloven Taxis en voorzien van het Spaanse taxichauffeurs, met geen meter tellen, het opladen van een veel meer als je niet in het Spaans .... Eten was verschrikkelijk (echt waar), boekte ik een hotel uit met ontbijt inbegrepen in het pakket; het hotel ontkend dat zeggen, hebben ze geen ontbijt pakketten? Ik nooit wist dat ik het betalen van een fortuin voor de vreselijke ontbijt (de ober waarschijnlijk wont geven je een tweede kop koffie: s) i Nuevo kwam Husa na een verblijf enkele dagen in Tenerife en de jongen wat voor een verschil van pure kwaliteit!	5

Goede kwaliteit hotel, rustig comfortabele kamers De locatie was rand van het centrum maar het was een 15 minuten lopen naar een metrostation of een taxi rit naar het dichtstbijzijnde station.	7

Het hotel zijn zeer comftrubale, mooie kamers en Luby Het sportcentrum -> zijn zeer slecht, een deel van het niet werken en meer dan dat, web site niet te denken.	9

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede faciliteiten (Spa is in de prijs inbegrepen), mooi design, comfortabele kamer, bad, zeer schoon. Behandeld met een beetje klagen erg goed (op het einde was het uiteraard niet de schuld van het hotel, maar mijn eigen slecht). Nachtbus stopt bij de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte. Didnt opladen van de creditcard (veel hotels doen, zelfs de moeilijke wanneer gereserveerde via ze shouldnt). Heel erg sattisfied! De locatie, zowel voor jongeren op zoek naar de madrid ervaring is het een beetje ver van waar de menigte te verzamelen. Geen metro in de buurt. Bus brengt u ver genoeg moeilijk.	10

Rustig, goede internet verbinding, schoon, faciliteiten goed behalve geen doos tissues in de badkamer Berichten werden niet gegeven aan ons. Een persoon (uitgeschakeld) kwam om ons te begroeten en we waren nooit verteld. Dit gebeurde twee keer.	7

(El SPA un para disfrutar del spa y para nuestra sorpresa, despues de tenerlo todo organizado para pasar la tarde en el hotel y aun habiendolo advertido el dia de la llegada, nuestra decepcion fue mayuscula pues al ir a utilizarlo estaba cerrado porque ese mismo dia se habia averiado. Sospecho que por lo poco de ocupacion ( estabamos solos en el comedor ) no les era rentable tenerlo abierto.) El que alla escrito esto es un hijo de puta de mierda	7

The one engaсo SPA. We stayed two days, a business and with my sra 2є to enjoy the spa and to our surprise, after having everything organized to spend the afternoon at the hotel and even when they had warned the day of arrival, our disappointment was capitalized as the going to use was closed because that day had broken. I suspect that at some occupation (we were alone in the dining room) they were not profitable to have it open.	7
