Het hotel is zeer elegant en verfijnd. Het was gelegen in een van de mooiste delen van Madrid, Spanje met de naam Salamanca, en is zeer dicht bij de belangrijkste musea en monumenten.	10

Het personeel van het hotel was ontzettend vriendelijk, erg behulpzaam. Het hotel is vrij luxe, maar niet in een vast-up manier. Alles is top notch, maar nog steeds de sfeer heel relaxed. De kamers zijn groot, mooi meubilair, zeer comfortabel bed. Het hotel ligt zeer rustig, zodat je echt goed slapen. Fantastische badkamer, alles wat je kunt bedenken is er, badjassen en slippers en alles. Het hotel ligt in een winkelcentrum en een mooi korte loopafstand van het Retiro Park en het Prado museum. Het centrum is op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen. Metro station een half blok weg als don t zin om te wandelen. Voor mij werd het personeel van de zaak dat dit hotel zo goed gemaakt. Absoluut geen klachten, mooie plek voor een paar naar een romantisch weekendje weg doorbrengen!	9

Room, TV and personal. Location in town. Discretion. Free Wifi in room did not work. Im sensitive to noise in rooms facing the street.	6

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, especially for those who prefer a small hotel and staff. Turn off lights in the room was a puzzle insurmountable problem of installation without doubt, and probably for a single room, mine.	8

The location is great for anyone past, employees are very friendly and the hotel facilities are fantastic.	10

The treatment of all staff of the Hotel. The restaurant is excellent. At breakfast on the table beside the window, the curtains and curtains smelled of snuff. We moved from table and solved the problem.	9

A wonderful hotel. The hotel and the neighborhood were very elegant. I can not say enough about the lobby, rooms, staff and location. The rooms were beautifully decorated, elegant, warm and inviting. The decoration of the room was one of the nicest we had on our trip. Although the location of the hotel for a tourist is not very good, the hotel is near the subway and there are plenty of taxis, the staff were attentive and helpful and we had a great stay. The bar was cozy and it has us very much good, but the service was not always good. The few times that we had a good waiter, was the service really fantastic. I would definitely come back to the hotel and can highly recommend.	7
